Laura Kennedy is Retired Navy—and began her naval career here in Pensacola and after 21 years in the Navy followed by working in Manhattan until 9/11, she returned to Pensacola to make it her forever home.
She brings her experience as a a business owner starting in 2003 as a business consultant teaching brick and mortar companies how to use virtual assets to decrease their overhead and increase productivity. She switched her companies focus in 2009 to creating business owners that that could work from a virtual environment.
In 2012, she worked night and day creating the American Veterans CO-OP Foundation (501.C.(3)) which acted as acted as an economic task force to improve the economic development of all interested veterans in becoming brick and mortar business owners.
As you can see, her adult world has come full circle, and she is excited be part of Pensacola Positivity and is bringing leadership, business savvy, compassion, and creativity to the organization!
